2021 is upon us and we are trying a couple of new things down at the farm to bring you a more consistent selection of fresh vegetables. We have invested in the PaperPot Transplanter and put it to the test this week. We were able to plant arugula, two types of lettuce, kale, kohlrabi, and peas in one evening. That would have been a week-long task last year. We have also bought plastic mulch to help combat the weeds since we do not spray any type of herbicide. That will hopefully allow us to focus on the harvest, washing,
and packaging for the farmer's market. Looking forward to year 3.
