We are finally reaping the benefits of our hard work. The tomatoes have plenty of green tomatoes (we enjoyed some fried green tomatoes last night) and even pulled some carrots and plucked a few peppers. Our green beans came in a hurry so we harvested a couple pounds of them yesterday as well. Last night we cooked our first "Farm to Table" dinner. Eating our own produce and locally sourced steak. Pretty refreshing knowing where all our food came from. The vegetables taste better after all our sweat has been poured into them.
